Based upon desired output, available as small "tabletop" units, or large multihead units. Used for anything from bottled water and juices, to industrial solvent-based products and cleaners. Hazardous location electrical construction is available for flammable products, and special all "non-metallic" contact parts and filler frame models are available for corrosive products.

Volumetric Tri-Filler

Unique to E-PAK, this filler incorporates three distinct filling procedures into one unit, for the ultimate in versatility.

Praised by contract packagers, and those who package a wide variety of multi-viscosity products, this filler includes the advantages of the proven "timed pump" filling method, in addition to those of the gravity, and pressure/gravity fillers. The "timed pump" method is an ideal choice for accurately filling products which exhibit slight viscosity changes due to temperature, or different batch variations.

In addition to thin liquids, this filler is very adept at packaging anything from lube oils, edible oils, thick shampoos and conditioners, lotions, sauces, and many, many, more. A wide variety of pumps, and contact parts, are available to insure a perfect match for your applications.

Single Head Tabletop Filler

E-PAK offers a single head tabletop liquid filler for start up ventures, or small production runs. E-PAK features an economical single head pump filler to handle your small volume runs. We offer a piston style tabletop filler. Single head, hand held chuck cappers, sealers, and tabletop labelers are also available to compliment these fillers.

Variable Speed Start/Stop Pump Filler

Utilizing control of both pump rotation and pump speed, these variable speed start/stop pump fillers provide an accurate method for filling low to high viscosity liquids. A number of models are available for different applications. E-PAK configures each model and fits them with exactly the right contact parts and filling heads (from 4 to 20) for your specific product and application requirements. E-PAK uses a wide range of pumps including gear pumps, sanitary gear pumps and lobe pumps. We work with each customer to select the appropriate pumps, valves and fittings for your range of products."

Program set-up and changeover is simple using the touch-screen operator interface and advanced PLC control system. Multiple speed fill cycles can be easily programmed to take advantage of the filler's capabilities. One potential filling cycle could initiate the filling process at a slow, controlled speed to minimize material splashing and then rapidly increase fill speed for optimum through-put and finally reduce fill speed for a slow, controlled fill top-off."

E-PAK Molten Product Gravity Filling machines provide an accurate and versatile method for filling thin molten liquids at elevated temperatures into a wide range of containers. The temperature within the machine is fully adjustable using independent multi-zone heat controllers and dual air circulation fans. The fully insulated, stainless steel filler cabinet contains specially designed, temperature-controlled antifoam nozzles. The fill heads are adjustable to accommodate a wide range of container sizes. Accurate and consistent filling is achieved using PLC controlled bottle movement and fill control.
