Tape Over Sew System

TOS 100™ prevents fine powder product sifting from plain sewn bag closures. Positioned in line with a plain sew system, TOS 100 automatically activates and applies a 2½ inch wide paper tape with a pre-applied hot melt adhesive directly over the bag's sew line. The tape extends over the bag top and covers both sides of the sew line, resulting in a secure sift-proof seal. To change bag sizes, the operator activates the unit's Auto Tune feature and the TOS 100 automatically adjusts its setting to accommodate different bag sizes.
